A fruity, slightly bitter alternative to the classic “Manhatten”. Created in Mainz, here is the “Mainzhatten” with LACASCARA.
Ingredients:
- 3cl whiskey
- 2cl LACASCARA
- 2cl red vermouth
- 2 large ice cubes
- Limes
Preparation:
Place the ice cubes in a tumbler glass to cool down.
Add the ingredients one at a time and stir everything together once.
Place the lime slice on top of the ice cubes. You can briefly flambé the lime slice to bring out the essential oils perfectly.
